Here is all the information you need for returning your FH Outfitters merchandise back to us for a refund or exchange. If you have any other questions, please contact our friendly Customer Service Team by live chat, email, or phone at 832-308-0223.
We’ve all been there before – Sometimes a product just doesn’t work out like we hoped. Fortunately, our return process makes returning your items quick and easy. Begin the return process by emailing us some details and we will email you a shipping label to bring to a USPS drop-off location.

Need to exchange one item for another? Simply print out and fill out a “Return and Exchange Form” and send it back—there’s no need to wait for it to reach us. Just email firstname.lastname@example.org and request an Easy Exchange. We’ll place your re-order immediately, charge your credit card, and waive standard shipping charges on the new order. Once we receive your return, we’ll credit your card for the cost of the original item.
PREPAID RETURNS IN 4 EASY STEPS
Email us at email@example.com providing us your address, name, email, order number and the reason for returning the product and and we will email you a shipping label to bring to a USPS drop-off location.
Find a box and insert your item(s) for return.
• Make sure to include your summary paperwork so we can easily credit you for your return. If you no longer have this, you can print out a “Return and Exchange Form” to fill out by hand and include with the return.
• Tape your box up tight!
Prepare your box for shipping.
• Cut out your label on the dotted lines and tape to the top of your box. Please make sure it is taped to one side without wrapping over an edge.
• Write your name and return address on the same side of the box you taped the label to.
• Use a permanent marker to scratch out any old shipping information and barcodes.
